Question:I can do like two but i wanna do a triple and I always fall over after two and I cant stay on the ball of my foot! My dance teacher suggested bending your knees and push harder but it doesnt help!! Any ideas or youtube videos that help!

Have a deeper plie at the start and keep your arms closser to your body so you will go faster anmd turn more, spotting and stretch legs and back.

this is probly gonna sound stupid but hey, it worked kinda lol. i was just messing around in my kitchen, doing turns barefooted and my wet were kinda slippery, and i did a triple. maybe try that? lol

keep your hands very tight and very circular out infront of yuor body! it helps with your balancing! I acn now do four turns in one puoroette!

pull your core in more and make sure that when you spot your head isnt tilting cause that can tip you over just the little weight of the head turneed
