Question:I know they judge the choreography, but do they judge there technical performance, and out of the pros are there ant paticularly good /bad dancers from a proffesional perspective???

No, they give points to the couples based on the performance of the 'celebrity' dancers. If the professionals break the rules - as Brendan Cole did with a 3rd lift in one of his dances - then they will penalise the couple; but all the professionals are top class dancers and the judging is done on the celebrities who are the ones whose dancing is developing and whose performances are most varied.
