if you want to dance with her most of the time....then that means you should ask her. if you only want to dance with her a bit, then just go seperatly and ask her to dance a bit when you want to. and when you go to a dance with someone it doesn't mean your going out lol. just going to a dance. techniqually a date...but not gf and bf yet.

Well It depends Do you want to go out with her... If you do then why don't you ask her? if not then NO you are not going "with" her You r just dancing with her heck I have danced with a guy but we never went out.
