Just finished tryouts?

Question:I messed up my routine (both kick and jazz) for my dance team tryouts several times. When I didn't mess up, I had a huge smile and lots of energy.
They are going to go by a "break" in scores.
Jw, even though I messed up A LOT, do I still have a chance?

It depends. That means they will pick a number and anyone higher than the number will be on the team. At my school, to be on varsity you have to score an 85 or above out of 100 and to be on JV you have to score between a 70 and 85. I think that if you really messed up your routine this might not be you're year, but they also mostly look at potential. If you showed good technique, good showmanship, but just had a few memory mistakes, your score should still be high. Good luck. I think it depends a lot on how the other girls did! LOL I have tried out for squads and did awesome and still didn't make it because of politics,(big rich HS, ya know) but then tried out the next year and made it. Don't give up hope, I'm sure you are on pins and needles. Good luck!

not at all. well it depends... i do dance,modeling, and kickboxing. i haven't screwed up in any. they usually eliminate the ones who screw up and go for the better ones. sorry hunny. ohh yeah and thanks for that (reported) thing, get a sense of ******* humor *****.
