Your question have digressed to irrelevant matters, but anyway.... It sounds like you know what to do. Just go to your local studio and find an instructor who's looks you like. Make sure to not overlook whether or not she can dance at all. Here is the place to search for instructors:

By the way, "sounds young" can be very deceptive, hahaha. Just like "sounds beautiful". Have you ever heard a peackock sing? You just need to get off the couch and go there.

It's best to start out with a female instructor when you're new. They will be your practice partner and instructor during your lesson. You don't have to worry about not finding instructors in their 20s as most of the instructors are in that age bracket. Keep your hands under control during your lessons or they may boot you for trying to feel them up. You will be forgiven the first few times, but not if you consistently do it.

Local dance studios are the best place to begin your search. Try to find the larger ones that have a greater number of instructors to choose from. Go to google maps and type in "ballroom dance studio" and your town and start calling.
