Just type in lyrical dance solo or modern dance solo on Youtube and they will be tons of videos you can watch to get ideas. Look particularly for the competition pieces. Also if you look up videos for the last season of So You Think You Can Dance (especially ones of Lacey and Kameron) they have some amazing modern and lyrical dances you can look at. Try youtube... They have loads of videos/step by step instructions on dance, particularly modern stuff. Some are duds but some are greaT! |
