Can a female dance professionally and be taken serious past the age of 25 years

Question:I am a twenty eight year old mother of four and I have always dreamed of becoming a professional modern dancer. I have taken dance classes from five all the way through high school. I dance on my own time at home and when ever I can go out to a club. I get the attention of people around me when I dance and I am teaching my seven year old some harmless dance moves that she shares with her classmates. I'm I to washed up to give it a shot or could someone my age with family life still make it?

yes you can. i didn't get my first pro job till i was 30 ! you go for it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure she can. I know some women that do and its not about the money. Its about what they love. I think its great cuzz my ex was and she was always in top shape!

hm.. that is a hard question. but i think that if u put ur mind to it, then u can do whatever you want to do. its your life, dont waste it.

worry about ur four kids they shod mean more then ur dancing dreams alot pepz have dreams but alot of pepz make choices ur choice to have four kids so take that responsibility if u have time to sneak in go for it never stop doing what u like just remember what u have

Yeah, of course! You could start by teaching classes at a dance school or something to get your face out there. My mom takes a salsa class and a friend of hers started teaching at the same place and she just moved to L.A. because she got an offer to be a backup dancer.
