GUYS! how do u grind. (as in the dance)?

Question:alright i really want guy advice but girls are cool too. ok i know "how" to grind and such but i never quite understood one small thing. do u grind in the SAME direction as the guy (so there is no rubbing down below) or do u dance in the OPPOSITE direction (so there is rubbing)?

go mostly in the same direction, but sometimes (depending on if your old enough...) mix it up a little and rub the other way or sortof go down and when you come up push on him with your booty. this all depends on how old you are tho!
