What is this jump?

Question:i want to kno what its called...its were the girl runs and jumps with one leg going on the guys shoulders and the other one goes around the waist sort of and then jump down...

It does not have a specific "technical" name. I was just a really cool jump created by the choreographer. You could call it a jump with "attitude legs" if you wanted to be really specific. I think it is a very cool jump that would gain you a lot of points in "creativity and skills" at a dance competition. But before you try it, you better have had A LOT of experience with partner dancing! I would caterigize this dance as modern/contempoary. :)

Its just really a lift with attitude legs, it isn't a technical "jump."

And I'd say that's definitely a contemporary lyrical dance.

It's just a cool-looking jump I think. A lot of contemporary moves don't have technical names. I don't think there is a specific name for it but I like it. I loved Lacey and Kameron. :)))
