However I do not know many of their songs So i was wondering if you could suggest an quite an upbeat song of theirs which I might be able to dance to. Any style of dance. thanks :) "Paperback Writer" and "Eight Days a Week" are good, fast, upbeat dance songs. Also, "She Came in through the Bathroom Window," "Day Tripper," "She Loves You," "I Saw Her Standing There," "Get Back," and "Back in the USSR." idk Yellow Submarine Try twist and shout Yesterday Help! Across the Universe, Hello Goodbye. Basically, try anything 1966-1969. Thats when their music was the most 'up-beat.' Anything prior to that is probably not a good idea. Although, you can do Twist and Shout..ever though its not a Beatles song..they still did it. She Loves You (yeah yeah yeah!) Also try - Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds Honey Pie - I love the 1920's feel it has to it! You no she said so,i,m in love with her and i feel fine.hard days night. called umpalumpa obladee obladi love blackbird yellow submarine For pure upbeat energy you can't beat some of their early hits -- "I Wanna Hold Your Hand," "Twist & Shout," "She Loves You," songs like that. If you'd rather go with something from a few years later in their career, "Octopus's Garden" is a lot of fun. "Michelle my bell" "Hey Jude" "Norwegian wood" I don't know if any of these will work for you, but you may want to give a listen. I think they are all relatively slow quiet songs. So many good songs! You should really listen to the Beatles. They're not known as one of the most influential bands of all time for nothing. Go on iTunes and listen to some things- try the CDs Abby Road, Rubber Soul, The White Album, etc Dizzy Miss Lizzy Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds Sun King I Want You (She's So Heavy) she loves you, love me do, twist and shout, HELP!, All you need is love, cant buy me love, hold your hand, love from me to you well, just go on myspace, or a music site and listen to their songs...its more of a personal Beatles taste haha. eight days a week is good, its one of my favorites but just research. i can't think of the best one to dance too. but just listen and you'll get inspired...its the Beatles so im pretty sure you will haha the answerer above me has some good songs...so listen to thoes first lol I wanna hold your hand, Help, Octuopus' Garden, Being for the benifit of Mr. Kite, Come Together, I am the Walrus, Strawberry Fields Forever, I've Just Seen a Face, All You Need Is Love, It Won't be Long, or With a Little Help From My Friends. Those are my best suggestions, for both dancing, and upbeat Beatles' songs. Best of luck! Eleanor Rigby. You could do ballet, modern, or lyrical to this song. I hope that I helped you out. i saw the most beautiful solo ballet piece done to "blackbird". =] |
