How can I get my feet pretty and arched and long and curved?
How can I do a split like that in the air?

Please help? My feet are kinda arched and flop when I leap. I cant get very high or straight when i leap. DONT TELL ME JUST "PRACTICE". are there exercises for getting higher in the air or leg-strengthening exercises?

When they capture a dancer in mid-air, its like they are floating, or born from the air itself. How can I get that posture and preciseness? How can I have time to jump and do a split?

I know,I know. You dont want to hear PRACTICE all the time but do so! Have something on top of your foot like a bar at the edge of a bed and tighten your legs. This may be painful so be CAREFUL! As you do this, your feet will become more curved! Also, if you can do a split, just try and try again with your jumps!

Well, work on stretching your arch but really it's what you're born with.

Work on your splits for the jete, and be sure to just stretch out your entire body when you do your jetes. The split should be the jump.

When I was getting my feet ready for me to go on pointe I had to do exercises to make my arche better. I sat on my knees and I put like a pillow or anything under my toes. It's a little painful but it helps. To get your splits just stretch every night slowly you will get better and better at it.
