Question:I plan on trying out for my High School Dance/Drill team in the spring. I can already kick up to my head with my right leg... but my left leg is a few inches from my head. Any suggestions?? Also... any tips for better stag leaps and toe touches?

Practice. Practice Practice. For a better left kick practice the left splits. For better leaps, practice them in your back yard all the time and walk around on your toes so you build your calf muscles. (ever notice a ballerina's calf muscles? very strong) If you can kick your head with your right foot and almost with your left, I'm sure you will be fine. I was the only one on my dance team that could kick that high and I had to lower my kicks so that we looked more uniform. Big leaps look awesome though, so work on that more.

um well just practice...that's pretty much all i have to say...um a good thing is to just well stretch..
