Ballet is a beautiful form of expression. After a routine or rehearsal, you always feel great!! With each rehearsal, you start to love the music, the feel of the song in your entire mind & body is very rewarding.

It's not easy either, you have to really love it. I've met some ballerinas that chose college over the life of a ballerina. If you enjoy it as a hobby for your personal self-esteem & exercise -- great!!! I would love to be a dancer if I had the choice. So, best wishes discovering your joys in life!

my passion is dance
and ballet
its like acting for me
my feelings emotions of the day just pour into my dancing
i love it

no never tried it

It makes me feel very proper and I love the gracefulness of it. It's not my passion, but it's my favorite type of dancing. I also like wearing my hair up in a perfect bun, a leotard, tights, and ballet shoes. It just feels...good! :D

I love ballet I've taken it for 11 years and its so fun sometimes painful to your toes but its relaxing and i just love it [:

and i hope 2 becme a hip hop dancer when im older

i love it!!!! cuz it's so graceful and beautiful. it's the feeling of a swan that makes you so happy. it's probably my 4th love, though. i'm a model, so that's first, then singing, then acting.

I liked "cats".

I DONT LIKE BALLET I LOVE DANCING

ok so ive been dancing since i was three years old im not sure what started it but now im 18 and ive been doing it for 15 years now. i love it and always have i just started out doing ballet and pointe but then got into tap and jazz and lyrical . i love all my dance classes. ive been in numerous competitions and have faithfully been going since i was three. i believe that it was what i was born to do. i love it. it gives me such joy. when i have an off day i will go and dance for a couple of hours and i feel so much better. its such a lease on life a wonderful way to express your slef and its quite artsy espically when you start competting . theres so much beauty and love and passion thats put into certain dances . you cant just dance them you have to feel them and actually act out with emotion and movement. i will never stop dancing soon i will be going to college but i will keep dancing and i hope to have my own dance school later on . im going to school for business so i can have the degrees i need to start my dance school . i am a junior advisor for three ballet classes and two jazz and three pointe classes at my dance studio. it gives me such unbelivable power and freedom. i encourage you too join a local studio and try it out. even if you dont want to comepte right away.

Dance! Ballet! YES! It is a passion! I like to watch dancers show the emotions, the movement, of abstruse emotions like "love", "disaster", "excitement", "fear", "camaraderie", "hate" ........... dancers show these emotions without having to produce verbiage ... words that may dispel the "emotion" of what is presented. Dance helps me experience not only happiness ... but also all of the other emotions humans feel. Music is good ...... but DANCE really shows and brings me to the emotions of what has been written, choreographed, and presented.

I have a general artistic interest...so human form, it's movement, color etc. interests me. I happen to enjoy all music BUT, I was raised on and have a special fondness for "classical music". I also enjoy foreign language (esp. German and Italian). I guess the more I watched and listened the more it grew on me. I like being around the the population of people that enjoy ballet...they are expressive, enjoy all arts, usually educated, and like food/travel.

I guess... I enjoy the music/voice first and the visual part gives another dimension. When you blend the two an emotional part emerges. They can be pretty sexually charged sometimes too. You might try to identify with one of the performers during the performance.

The best advice I can give is... do some homework BEFORE you go to a specific ballet. The more you understand ahead...the more you will appreciate when you go. What others spend on sporting events...I spend on the ballet.

What you learn to relate to... will be unique to you and your life experiences. It is not the same for everyone. It is a kind of spirituality... sometimes you can find someone that you can enjoy a ballet with...can be a special night that has memories of it's own. It is a complex experience...so give yourself some time to grow into it. You won't be sorry!

That is my "best answer" ! Hope to see you there soon.

omg Star T i looved cats!!! but i never got to finish it :(
but any ways dancing is my passion. its unbelievable and it makes me feel like me, i don't have to hold back anything or act like something im not.

I love ballet. I'm the clumsiest person ever but when i'm dancing i love to feel that control and grace. I just forget about whatever is going on in my life and i pour everything i've got into my dancing.

I love Ballet so much. It is my passion because when I'm on stage nobody cares about how I look or anything they are focused on my dancing. Just dancing fills me up with this feeling that I can do anything. It kind of hard to explain, but just dancing gives me joy even if I can't get the step right.

i love it because its beautiful and elegant, and its what i grew up doing. my great grandmother was a professional ballerina, i plan to be one too. ballet also has a lot of history, and is known in a variety of places, once you start ballet, it becomes part of you.
