How or where can I learn to dance?

Question:I live in Tiverton in Devon and I dont think there are any classes near to me. I want to learn hip hop or r and b, does anyone know if there are any near me or what DVD is really good, i need it to loose weight so it needs to be quite vigorous but not too much#!!
