Question:butterfly stretch (sit with ur legs making a dimond) and :flutter kinda, and try to move ur head forward twds the floor. stand with ur back to the wall, and just reach down, kinda hanging there with ur arms stretched loosely towards the ground, try to the the floor. and just go down into a split as far as u can go and hold for 2-3 minutes 2x a day
