Question:I got my right and left splits down, but somehow i cant get my center splits. What are some good streches for them? I need to be able to do a pull through, if any dancers know what that is.

im a dancer too :)

try swinging your leg up to your head so that your hips are out of line. &+ you can try going down into your center splits & then rolling over onto your hips so that your belly is on the floor and your thighs are getting a good stretch.

i'm a dancer and i had an 8 year old sit on my back and that got me down ( it doesn't hurt has much as it sounds)

try going against the wall and doing a center split.
don't push yourself too hard because you don't want to hurt something. but do that for a little time each day and I promise you'll see results.

if you have a partner available you could sit in the center splits (meaning on your bottom) and reach forward and then have your partner push on the lower portion of your mid back. i like it the most when my partner has the heels of their palms together with their fingers running vertically as oppose to horizontally. sitting up against a wall is also easy to do by yourself, unless you have really long legs, in that case its hard to find enough wall space. lol
