Question:I don't know what to do. What if a guy asks me to dance. WHat if its one of my guy friends? I am dealing with all the normal stuff an average teen deals with but its all new to me. I am just sooo nervous please help me! I am scared :'(

first....take a breath
trust me, dancing isnt everything you can do at the dance.
Well, even if you cant dance, here are simple steps
Move your body, left and right, in a nice slow motion, and then speed up.
After that, you can add in the hands, the legs, different steps, your hips, everything! See how your friends dance, and make some movements like them.
Trust me, if the guy asks you to dance, don't be nervous! Chill! You will know how to dance, just hang out with your friends a while-loosen up (IMPORTANT!!!) and then you can dominate the dance floor-with a guy, ot with a girl

Dont worry. Be calm. AND LOOSEN UP FIRST. (VERY IMPORTANT)
After you loosen up, anything is possible!
