Position:Home>Dancing> Something you stand on to help you spin better?

Question:When you are doing turn and spins soemtimes a little tool is used to help you. It is an arch shaped and goes on the ground. You put one foot on and push off with the other foot. It is hard to balence on most of the time and very often people fall off.

Does anyone know the name of this? It has a very simple name it's either a "Turning ......" or a "Spinning ...." It's has been bugging me that I don't remember. Thanks!
