Question:I'd like to become more flexible. Does anyone have any suggestions for some stretches I could try?

do things that stretches you everyday
before i could not do a split what so ever
so everyday i would practice a split for 2weeks and i finally got the split....
constant practice

do alot of yoga

Yoga

Yoga will make you very flexible, try it.
