poem HELP PLEASE?

Question:ok so im an acrobatic. (dance with flips and tumbles....sorta like gymnastics) im 13 and a girl. i need a short, powerful, exciting story or poem or sumthin that explains what it feels lie to slap the ground with ur feet and to fall hard and good stuff lie thAT. so please help.
maybe sumthing liek ........she nails it, ...or the burn under my bare feeet...
