take one of those drug store pregnancy tests. read the directions. they are pretty accurate. if you decide to keep the baby, your mom will definitely find out eventually. laws in states vary as to whether you can get an abortion without informing your parents. most abortion clinics will give you a final pregnancy test to make sure you are pregnant. how will you come up with the money for an abortion without your parents?

find a family planning near you, they have patient confidentiality rules that disallow doctors from talking to family without your knowledge.
also, wait a week and take a pregnancy test.

there are special health clinics in places and everything you tell them is confidential if you are worried about talking to your parents. but on the otherhand, if you and your parents are pretty open, you should go to them first because they have been in exactly the same situations as you have. sorry if im not much help :)

Go to Plan Parenthood and ask for a medication called 'Plan B'. They sell it at CVS too, but it costs roughly 40 dollars. It's cheaper at plan parenthood, but CVS is more convenient.

Oh and you might try and not have unprotected sex. That might help. That can really mess up your life.

Also, keep in mind that it is actually pretty hard to get pregnant. That might help ease your mind.

Get the pill before it's too late, though. Just to make sure you don't get pregnant. (It takes about five days to get pregnant, anyway.) Pregnancy tests can take too long.

When you go to the doctor's you can request that you information not be discussed with anyone else. When you get to the doctor's make sure your mom doesn't go into the examination room who she will hear your information. Good luck!

If you're underage I'm not sure just a regular drs office can run that type of test and not inform your parents. I would recommend looking in your local area to see what kind of other clinics your area might have. Planned parenthood, etc.. They keep everything completely confidential. I know planned parenthood charges for pregnancy tests, but there are some pro-life clinics that will do a pregnancy test for free. Do your research, and God bless.

First of all that probably wasn't such a good idea. But you won't really know until you miss your period. If you really want to be sure you need to go to the doctor and have a blood test done...but I don't think they can do anything if you're under 18 without a parent.

Go to Planned Parenthood or your docs, because youre concern is gynocological, the doctor is required by HIPPA to keep your info confidential
