It is about $200 for three months in singapore.

It may vary from city to city...call around in your area.

Our local ballet school (an extremely good one) charges £2.00 per hour's tuition. You have to buy your own leotard and shoes.

depends on where you live and whether the studio is good or not... hope this helps...

I know this is what other people have said but it really does depend on the school. I think generally the more prestigious (or stuck-up) it is the more you have to pay.
I think a lot of schools, including the one I'm going to now, let you pay by a dance card, which means you pay like 150 dollars for a card that has 20 classes on it, so you just pay that at the beginning then go whenever you want. Some studios also let you pay by class. My current dance school costs 15 dollars/class, but gettting a dance card is cheaper.
Anyway, this was just a long way of saying that it really varies from school to school. Good luck!

It all depends on what studio you go to cauze somme dance studioes cost more espeually if it's a studieo that has only ballet then it's expenssive!

depends how big the school is

honestly it depends on the school and the area. in general dancing is expensive. besides the schools tuition, you have to buy leotards, tights, shoes, hair clips, pins, ties, warmups, and lets not forget those $70 pointe shoes.

I know everyone else has said it, but it depends on the school you go to, and the area. There are other costs associated with ballet as well, such as the purchase of:
-ballet slippers
-tights
-leotard
And, if the school does a concert, costumes.
Good luck!
