What's the difference between the Cuban Ballet technique and the Russian Bal

I've never done ballet in the cuban technique so I have no clue about it. But my ballet school teaches in the russian technique & i think it is really good. I would recommend learning in the russian technique because i think more companies in the us dance in this style.
