Its like sex, only with clothes on.And you do it on a dance floor in front of heaps of people and look like a strawberry tart.

It's just fun. I have no real feeling when I'm doing it. If you're uncomfortable with being super close to someone and having pretty intimate personal contact (even though you have clothes on and dancing, you still get some "areas" rubbing up against each other), then I don't suggest it. Definitely don't do it with someone you don't know, as it might give him the wrong impression. If you have a boyfriend, stick to doing it with him. People might give you a hard time about grinding though, because some people don't find it acceptable. Be careful when/where you do it. Hope this helps!
