Do a bunch of push ups, they help with strength and balancing your body weight. Then get really good at doing hand stands and once you can stay in a hand stand for a long time, take baby steps while you're in one. Just keep practicing and you'll get better. Also doing it in the pool first helps a lot. Another trick to get really good at doing hand stands is to try it up against a wall and see how long you can go w/out touching the wall. :)

Start by doing hand stands, and getting balance while doing so, then make sure you don't arch your back or else you will go over! balance is the key! good luck.

Put your feet against a wall while on your hands; kick off lightly and paractice balancing; you have to get a sense of balance first.

ok well first u need to beable to balance on your hands. soo stand up against the wall and stand on your knee's..Keep on doing this to gain arm strenth so later u can eventually walk. when you think you are ready try walking away from the wall on your hands...

I say let someone hold your feet while you do it t ohelp you balance and feel confortable doing it.Then that person should try to let go but maybe not tell you but still have their hands close just in class you are about to flip over.Like riding a bike for the first time.
