Whats required for pom?

Question:iv'e been on dance for a while, but now i want to be on my highschool's pom team :) does anyone know whats required for varsity? i.e jumps, flips, high kicks etc.?

Usually varsity dance teams require high kicks, pretty good dance technique and the splits.
