I've been doing Irish dance for 8 years now and I've learned a lot of stretches, warm-ups and techniques.
you should start with simple warm ups such as doing flex and point several times a day, or jump up and down on both feet pointing your toes in the air. you could also try strengthening your calves by doing toe raises or by standing on your toes for 3 minutes a day without dropping down to flat foot. to find more information visit my sources. good luck!

upper body straight .ride a bike is good, setting on
a chair with a can of food fastened to your ankles, raise your legs straight out or higher
