Question:Some kid almost hit me square in the balls with his stupid *** dancing and I knocked his teeth in as hard as I could, but now his father wants to get legal about it. What can I do.

From what I understand,this fellow was doing the mosh pit dance,right,a dance where everyone beats on each other.A lot of people have never heard of that lol.Especially a lot of people that seemed to have answered your question.They don't understand that what he was doing was dangerous to other people if he wasn't in an actual mosh pit.
So if I were you I would try to get witnesses to what he was doing and try to plead self defense.Most Judges don't go along with the mosh pit people and like me think they should chill out and find another way to get killed.Anyway,if this guy is a mosher then hes probably bragging to his friends about it right now.Good luck lol

The kid probably did it on accident so thats why the father want to go by it legally.

You saw him dancing why didn't you move out of the way....Its like when you hit a car in the rear you have the control you should have moved,then to hit the kid like he did it on purpose.... he was dancing,not looking for a fight!
