Lots of stretching!! One stretch that works very well is just sitting with your legs as far apart as they will go for a while then moving them out farther. Also if you put your bum against the wall while lying on your back (looks like your sitting on the wall) and spread your legs you can get a super good stretch. The more you do the better, but be careful not to over stretch when you start feeling a pull stop there, hold for a while then put legs together, then do another. Good luck!

put ur butt against a wall and lay ur legs up against it and let them fall to the side

stretch. several times a day do all those warm up stretches that dancers are supposed to do.
Try about a minute and a half with each stretch. 20 seconds streching, 20 relaxing 20 streching 20 relaxing.
just a word of caution though, don't try to do too much at one time. You'll just end up sore and unable to walk normally for a few days!

Stretch, stretch, stretch! Me, being in gymnastics for 10 years also knew how to do them....haha. But the best way to get them back is to put your front leg(while in the splits) on an elevated surface. When you do this, make sure just your front heel is on the elevated surface, not your leg. Now this probably won't feel the best, but be sure to stretch first and it should give you fast results! Good luck!

Lots of consistant stretching, work on it a little bit everyday. You should be able to do one again.
