Ladies, Help me figure out how to do a dance move.?

Question:Okay, my friends and I doing a dance and I want to learn how to do one of the dance moves in this video. The background dancers are doing it, and it starts an :43. (I'm not going to be wearing those outfits though. Can you help me break it down, because we can't get it.

well start with ur arms in a T potision with ur arms just a little more slanted almost like this line / (not quite that much though). then bring ur arms around so one is up and one is down so ur body looks like a strait I. then pound ur hands together like ur bottom hand is a nail and ur hand over ur head is a hammer!
