My mom thinks im too old to just start ballet. am i?

Theres no age limits to start ballet, it just depends if you want to become a professional, you may have less chance starting later, but if you can pick it up quickly and have alerady got good flexibility, you'll catch up and will do fine.

hmm... are you tall? if you are you probably shouldn't do ballet. If you do do ballet then you might get put in a younger class, depending on your skill/experience level. Or you could do an adult class.

NO your not too old! Start! Just take it seriously and follow through. If you can be serious about training then go for it. Even if you decide not to stay with ballet...you can use the basics and fundamentals of ballet to help you in other dance fields!

You are never too old! A few of my friends that are older than you have just started.... they are at least 16 and they started last year... it is never too late to learn something new! Have fun! Good Luck!
