Does any other ballet dancers ( or just dancers) walk around with dance shoes on

Question:I am in ballet shoes right now... yesterday I was in jazz sneakers... and this moring I was in jazz shoes... and the day before that tap shoes.... lol.

Yeah it's fun and it helps with balance and it even breaks in the shoes better, even if you think they are broken in. Just be careful in the tap shoes if you have any hardwood or tile floors, you can hurt the shoes and the floors hha. It does help with technique to so have fun around the house with the shoes.!

yeah! but you shouldn't just for the heck of it. when i am practicing at home and i get distracted, yes i'll wear them around the house, but they ARE for use in the studio....lol. but anyway. if you want to wear them around the house, you sure can. they just might die a little faster then they should. as for tap shoes though....you shouldn't wear those because the taps will wear away and you HAVE to use them on the proper flooring. so feel free to wear what you want except your tap shoes.
