aerobics?

Question:If I were to open my own dance studio and taught dance classes/ aerobic dance classes, would I have to be certified to do that? I danced for 15 years, then stopped when I went away to college. Is that experience enough?

If youre going to OWN the place, you need to be certified for the aerobics part, but not for dance.

I mean when you open it up there going to make you get some type of licence and they'll make you dance to get the licence if your good and can teach then you'll get your licence and be ready to go. 15 years to me in my dance school the only thing they do if make you assist in teaching not actually teach but i mean i think if you're good and determined it will be okay

if you want to be looked on as 'reputable' then you probably should be certified. with your experience, it shouldn't be too hard. on the other hand, you can also just own the studio and hire certified instructors... whatever you do, good luck !

pretty much you have to be certified.
