Anyone know how to do the Lindy.?

Question:Lindy is an eight count pattern, one and two, three, four, five and six, seven, eight. The one and two and five and six are triple steps, 3, 4, 7,8 are single steps. 7, 8 are rock steps, 3, 4 usually are but may be walk, walk depending on the pattern.
