if she seems uncomfortable in any sort of way, then don't push over the limit because a girl is always self-conscious. If you try to strike up a conversation and she makes a very brief reply, it means that she is not very interested or she is really shy. So let it be when it happens.

well yeah you should..its kinda romantic

dont look at her the entire time because you might freak her out that you keep staring but yea, time to time while you slow dance you should look into her eyes to show interest in her.

Questions like this are why I only do the electric slide.

Depends on the height of the girl...
If u are close to the same height it is kinda hard to do.. without tripping on her feet at the same time.. unless u both arc Ur necks back..
the best thing to do is snuggle real tight.. and stay in rhythm..
good luck..

Well if you younger then 10th grade or even more, a person is shy. This also depends on experience with another person. You can always take them very very light by the chin and direct their eyes to meet yours. In a one year relationship, and it still melts my heart. Only do this is you have some basis for relatinship, if not, follow the lead for their comfort, but you can try to look at them to see if they respond, just don't stare!

maybe she's not looking straight to you bacause she feels uncomfortable. make her feel comfortable and secure in your arms and hands. talk to her sincerely.

In theory, "slow dance" is a social form of foxtrot, and may even travel the line of dance, in which case it's important to look past her right shoulder both to avoid collisions with other couples and to maintain a proper frame so she can follow. In practice, it's usually just a matter of hugging in time to the music in which case the head position doesn't matter.

It's like driving, your eyes should be constantly moving to avoid collisions.

Peace.

YES! There is no point in sharing a slow, romantic dance if the guy is looking behind you. Gazing into your eyes is so much more...Something, but I can't think of the word right now.

it depends on the mood of the room, but most of the time it is romantic! you make a sub world connection if you know what i mean?
