i think it depends on the kind of dance you want to do. personally, i'd choose something upbeat, but if you want to do a more slow song, that would work with a slower dance. if you're doing it for a party i'd guess that itd be best to do an upbeat song, preferably one of the more popular ones that are out now, but i dont know your taste in music...so i hope i helped anyway!
