Position:Home>Dancing> Whts an IDEAL weight for a Ballet dancer?...?Question:please only answer if you reay do know the answer...=] Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: please only answer if you reay do know the answer...=] I'd say anywhere between 80 and 125 based on your height. Ideally, you should be at the lowest, healthy number for your age and height on the body mass index. 80-123 well when i was in ballet I weighted only 80 pounds and that was because i was on a strict diet because other wise you get tired more often! How tall are you? An ideal weight for a 5'2 dancer will NOT be the same as the one for a dancer who is 5'11. But again, it's not about the weight. It's about how you look. I'm 115 and 5'7 but I look much skinnier than some girls who are 5'4 and 105. 80-120 Slim, but muscular, so you'll weigh more than someone with no muscles |
