Question:ok, whenever we do kicklines or leaps, when I try to point my foot, sometimes its ok but other times I get cramps in my foot alot, especially when I try to point my toes. It doesnt happen all the time but most of the time it does.

It's been my experience that you may have either too much or too little calcium in your system. There's an imbalance.
If you're taking calcium now, cut back for a few days and see what happens. If you are not taking additional calcium tabs, start taking a daily dose and see what happens.

A little vitamin and mineral suppliment will help.
Also some foot massage and gentle stretching of the feet and ankle area.
