Hmm...I've never heard of this "electric slide..." At my best, I would guess to 1. blast yourself with electricity, then 2. forcefully drag yourself across the floor.

* 1-4 Grapevine right (tap and clap on 4)
* 5-8 Grapevine left (tap and clap on 8)
* 9-12 Walks back (tap and clap on 12)
* 13-16 Rock forward & back:
o 13: Left forward
o 14: Tap right toe at the left heel, snap
o 15: Right backward
o 16: Tap left toe at the right heel, clap
* 17-20 Repeat 13-16
* 21 Left forward with 1/4 turn left
* 22 Hop onto left foot with right leg in the air to start again

It takes 44 steps to return to the downbeat (1) and 88 steps to return to your original position.

it's all counts of four for the electric slide... you always go to the right first... step to the right with your right leg(1), cross your left leg behind(2), move your right leg(3), left leg together CLAP(4)... left leg, cross right leg behind, left leg, right leg together, CLAP... right leg back-left-right-left CLAP... shimmy down, shimmy up, shimmy down turn to the left, feet together CLAP... repeat moving to the right... you can really hear the beat with that song... that probably did not help much, but dance your heart out! ...if anything, i'm sure you can find it on youtube!
