How do you dance to the rhythm?

I was a dancer from when I was 5 years old up until I was 19 years old. At 5 I started out with ballet & then I moved onto jazz, modern, basically anything I could learn. Now, how I dance to the rhythm is when I got some good tunes on I just do whatever dance steps come to mind :o)
