You can do a certain stretch where you sit on the floor and you put your feet together(I call it the butterfly position) with your legs bent outward and with a straight back start leaning over your legs. While you are leaning forward, put your elbows on the inside of your knees and push them down, but don't overdo it.

This is a pic if you don't understand a word I am saying. lol But a big reminder is not to hold on to your toes, but your ankles. And work at it, don't try to get all the way over your legs the first time. It is a slow, steady process.

keep stretching ur calves but sure that u dont push ur turn-out to 180 yet go slow otherwise will injure ur knees, i know from experince

You must be sure, that turn-out is in the hips and NOT in the knees or feet...
Stretch a lot in the aria around your hips, but don't over-do it...!

Good luck =)
