Hmm.. I have one of these and that really never happens. Well it depends. Sometimes his lights with flash but he won't dance. If that is happening I doubt anything is wrong. Leave it alone for a while. If not you should try new batteries. Still not working, try to return it or exchange it. Its still really cute even if it doesn't work!!!

maybe your i-cy penguin needs batteries... or maybe your i-cy penguin is defective.

I'd say return it or exchange it. If you don't want to do that, have some one look at it or read the directions. If you can make it dance later on, I would still recommend exchanging it because it may just keep on having glitches.
