ok well first off you need to get a tie that matches her dress (aka. red or black)
and you need to make dinner reservations.
olive garden is where me and my date went last year and it was good but they dont take reservations so we had to wait an hour. (keep that in mind)
you need to buy her a corsage at a local flower shop. they have books and you just tell them that you dont know really what you want for her. they just help you pick out the flowers, and the ribbons, and the part that goes around her wrist.
you might want pictures when you get there, but they cost about 20/50 bucks so if you dont want to spend a bunch of money, than just snap a few before you leave.
