Try looking into your local American Legion Hall or Eagles Club, etc.

They usually rent out there building very cheap and often times even provide food, by having a concession stand available.

In Mississauga theres a dance studio on College way and laird called Studio X. This studio throws huge birthday parties, ballet jazz tap hip hop ect. It has the food and drinks included and it is a very good price here is there website:
