Whats the difference? Are any lighter or darker? Is so which ones?

the way you have them listed is from lightest to darkest, and they get increasingly more orangish. Tan is like a beige, suntan is darker and almost a bit reddish, and carmel is even darker.

caramel is a little more orangy and suntan is more skincolor

Tan is like a beige sort of color. Suntan is more orange. And caramel is a little bit browner

The caramel bleands in perfectly with light suntan tights and they work well for me. Tan are darker. Suntan are orangy. I would suggest 5915s or 5905s.

Suntan=couldnt find a pic but it is in the middle of the two shades i have found!!
