How would you dance at an 8th grade dance?

Question:how to dance in middle school?
yeah.. umm.. im probably gonna have to dance at the 8th grade graduation dance cuz its during school and there would be nothing else to do :p

orrr... high school [freshman]

since im gonna be in high school nxt year.. with all those homecomings and shiit..
lol.. have no idea how to dance and too embarrassed to ask people in real life. xD

any tips?

Get some of your friends together, link arms and bounce. Bounce to the music. That's really all dancing is, jumping around to the music. If you want to slow dance with anyone, then just hold on to the person and rock back and forth. Easy. You don't have to be too flashy.

Watch what everyone else is doing and follow suit. Remember, everyone is just as nervous as you are.

Oh god im a freshman and theres 1 think i hate that girls do at dances.they dont smile and act like party spoilers.Please, smile and have a fun time!Dances are great ways to get guys.Trust me i was an 8th grade guy and i went to dances to get chicks.And im not nerdy im a sk8rboy.and dont hang around the snacks just act cool.

trust me, guys do notice when your having fun and then they will ask you to dance.
