Searching like crazy for dancing music...?

Question:I'm looking for some good songs/albums with good music to practice dancing along with. The types I'm looking for would be modern-style music, or retro. Types of dance would be: Swing, cha-cha, tango, rumba, line-dancing.

There is a dance web site www.danzones.net giving a list of good tunes in most of the dance categories you mention. These are linked to i-tunes so that you can sample them

itunes lets users make mixes and playlists for other people. It's pretty cool! Just type in "dance playlists" and it will come up with tons of stuff! Hope this helps, and happy dancing! God bless!

Look for the groups Gotan Project, Bajofondo, or Tanghetto to find Tango fusion stuff. Definitely lots of fun to dance.
