Question:i just started cheer over the summer
stunting, cheer, and dance i dont have a problem witth
but my jumps and tumbling could use some work
how can i get my jumps higher, and better
and what r things i can do at home to get my BHS?

also, if u know, what things do you think i would need to have to make..at least..jv cheer at school

First of all to get your jumps higher you need to stretch everyday for 20 minutes. You'll get more flexible in your legs which will push you higher. Also Plee-ay( bend your legs a little) before you jump to gain momentum.

Lots of stretching. The more limber you are, the easier it will be to jump higher and do better splits and any other acrobatics that are required.
