You might also want to look into the "Grand Harmony Palace Ballroom" which is a new venue in Chinatown. They normally have events on Friday, but they don't have dates listed in November yet.

Additionally, to find out about local events going on in the swing community in New York, head over to the Yehoodi forum and post a topic asking for more suggestions from the locals. There may be a special event going on that weekend.
