How do i become flexible?


i can do the splits and everything but i cant get my leg to go backwards...alot of dancers can do it so high....plz help me!!! i want to be able to do this so bad


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: stretch and practice. i mean how bad do you want it? remember that pain is weakness leaving your body..don't stop and don't' give up. giving up is easy, don't let it be you! PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! stretching helps, practice a lot too as well If you really want to do this, then you're going 2 have 2 practice A LOT. You should do this by working the muscles that you need in order to do this. That would be the only way. I hope this helps. =) well practicing doing the toe touches like the cheerleaders do then try the same thing on the ground. You need to stretch the muscles you use in that movement. Make sure when you stretch those muscles you breathe into your stretch so that you stretch to the best of your ability.
